So Many Secrets

If there was a thematic moment in the Hospitality forum hosted by Ingram's magazine as part of its ongoing Industry Outllook series, that moment belonged to Cynthia Savage of the Raphael Hotel Group.

"I think we have to celebrate," said Savage, "that we have so many secrets."

"There's our tag line," riposted Tom Holden of the Greater Kansas City Hotel & Motel Association,

"So many secrets." "So many secrets," added Savage, "so little time."

Savage and Holden were just two of the many participants in the Ingram's Industry Outlook forum graciously hosted by the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel on April 22. Together they explored the issues that face the hospitality industry, both local and national. Despite the obvious global challenges, the group remained solidly upbeat and impressively thoughtful in their proposals to address these challenges.
